Maintaining a sustainable approach to business is as much about managing what comes out, as it is about managing what goes in, and minimising waste where possible. We benchmark our sustainable design and manufacture process against a few basic principles:

Cyclic
Our cyclic approach to manufacturing ensures that products are made from materials that are continuously recycled in a closed loop:

No Waste
Where possible all elements come from renewable resources and a no waste recycling policy is adapted all the way along the value chain.

Recycled Wood-waste
To minimise landfill waste, all wood waste is compressed into briquettes that are then used as fuel.

Recycling Commitment
Similarly, all plastic, cardboard and metal scraps are separated and recycled. Our recycling commitment even applies to our canteen waste. In adopting this approach we have reduced our total landfill waste by 90% over the past few years.
