 Bed Frames
- Tighten the bed frame after one weeks use and then periodically after this or upon any relocation (refer Assembly Instructions supplied with goods). However be careful not to over-tighten fittings as you may strip the thread.
- Avoid placing in direct sunlight or near heating apparatus.
- Do not leave wet or hot objects, nail polish or perfumes on polished surfaces, as they will damage the surface.
- Do not use silicone based polishing cream or automotive polishing compounds. (Refer Timber Product Care section)
- Small marks and scratches may be touched up with coloured wax sticks. Ensure that you carefully remove any excess.
- A professional refinisher should perform major repairs on damaged surfaces.
- Rotate the position of your slats over the length of the bed frame at six monthly intervals. This will prolong the life of the slats.
- Ensure you are on the correct slat system for your weight. Contact store of purchase if you are not.
- Keep Assembly Instructions and assembly tool(s) in a safe place for ease of disassembly when moving, etc.
